Yamaha: STAGE CUSTOM BIRCH 22 FUSION

The Stage Custom Birch features 6-ply 100% birch shells with 45 degree bearing edges. The staggered diagonal seam allows us to build a thin shell that is strong and built to last. The beautiful high-gloss lacquer finish and low-mass lugs lets the shell vibrate for superb tone and sustain. These drums are complimented by Yamaha's legendary YESS to mount system which maximises the resonance of the drum by taking the tom mount away from the shell and mounting it on the Nodal point.

The hardware that comes with the Stage Custom Birch is Yamaha's 700 series, the choice of many pro's including Steve Gadd. A hi-hat stand, snare stand, foot pedal and two boom cymbal stands are included. This 700 Series hardware set has been improved cymbal tilter design but still remains stury and as reliable due to the large diameter tubing and leg spread. Also in the set is the triple tom holder and ball joint tom mounts suitable for YESS (Yamaha Enhanced Sound System).
