When purchasing goods or services from this website your contract is with Eric Lindsey Ltd. All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
This regulation essentially ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a "cooling off" period of 7 working days after the day of delivery - during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel either in writing or by email. To cancel this contract or report a fault, please notify us in writing to the address at the bottom of this page or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
This law also assumes that the consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period and while the goods are in their possession. Goods must be returned and re-packed with care and in complete 'AS SOLD' condition (if the packaging has been opened to examine the product/s it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or the product/s in any way). In particular, microphones must not have been used or had any hygiene seals broken/removed.
Please note that cancellation of contracts for the purchase of copyrighted goods (all software, media and sample CDs) cannot be accepted where the item has been unsealed. Goods ordered specifically to meet a consumers requirements or altered to meet a consumers specification are non-returnable and excluded from the "cooling off" period/return option.
The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. We recommend that an insured courier service is used, as Eric Lindsey Ltd will not be responsible for the goods until they have been checked and signed for. If the consumer cannot return the item/s, a collection fee will be charged.
Any claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the amended Sale of Goods Act 1979
Please Note: Eric Lindsey Ltd has the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are mis-priced, unavailable or cleared funds are not received.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.

The shopper then proceeds to the merchant's checkout with their shopping basket. This generates a summary description of the purchase that is sent to WorldPay for payment processing. This submission is often referred to as the "purchase token".
The shopper is redirected to WorldPay's secure server where they are presented with a series of payment pages, enabling them to choose their payment method and enter their payment details.
