Products which are in stock will be sent on the next working day from when payment is received. Special order items will take a few days longer days depending on availability at the supplier. If an item will not be delivered to you within 5 working days we will contact you to let you know, and ensure that it is shipped the next working day after it has arrived at our premises.
Shipping rates may vary between areas and we only ship to UK mainland addresses. All orders over £150 will be delivered free.
The shipping method we use is determined by the size & nature of the goods being purchased. For most items, someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods.

When purchasing goods or services from this website your contract is with Eric Lindsey Ltd. All goods and services are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
This regulation essentially ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a "cooling off" period of 7 working days after the day of delivery - during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel either in writing or by email. To cancel this contract or report a fault, please notify us in writing to the address at the bottom of this page or by email (info@elmusic.co.uk).
This law also assumes that the consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period and while the goods are in their possession. Goods must be returned and re-packed with care and in complete 'AS SOLD' condition (if the packaging has been opened to examine the product/s it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or the product/s in any way). In particular, microphones must not have been used or had any hygiene seals broken/removed.
Please note that cancellation of contracts for the purchase of copyrighted goods (all software, media and sample CDs) cannot be accepted where the item has been unsealed. Goods ordered specifically to meet a consumers requirements or altered to meet a consumers specification are non-returnable and excluded from the "cooling off" period/return option.
The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. We recommend that an insured courier service is used, as Eric Lindsey Ltd will not be responsible for the goods until they have been checked and signed for. If the consumer cannot return the item/s, a collection fee will be charged.
Any claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the amended Sale of Goods Act 1979
